Returns & Exchanges

Quick Returns/Exchanges Overview 

  • 7 days to request a exchange after receiving the item. 
  • 3 days to request a damaged, defective, or incorrect after receiving the item. 
  • Final Sale: Sale items & orders with 20%+ discount are not returnable.
  • International customers: Return shipping at your expense.
  • Lost packages: We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier.
  • Credit/ notes: Valid for 3 years after issuing. 

Domestic Exchanges (Australia)

If the wrong belt size has been ordered and does not fit after receiving:  

  • Exchanges must be requested via email within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging/condition.
  • We provide the option of exchanging a belt size or a credit note.
  • We do not provide returns or exchanges for a "change of mind".
  • Once your return request is approved via email. Please ship your return within 7 days.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using their preferred courier.
  • Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received. You’ll get an email confirmation once your exchange is approved. 
  • Once received, exchanges will be shipped back at no additional charge. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping.
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

 International Exchanges 

If the wrong belt size has been ordered and does not fit after receiving:  

  • Exchanges must be requested via email within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging/condition.
  • We provide the option of exchanging a belt size or a credit note.
  • We do not provide returns or exchanges for a "change of mind".

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using their preferred courier.
  • Once received, exchanges will be shipped back at no additional charge. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping.
  • We are unable to refund international shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items and purchases made with a promotional code of 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items from the sale section are also final sale.

Damaged or Faulty Items (Worldwide)If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@audazstudio.com.au
  • We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Once received, we will send a replacement (if available) at no additional cost.
  • If replacement option is not available, a credit note or full refund will be offered.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.

    Shipping & Lost Packages

    • Audaz Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
    • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
    • We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates.
