Returns & Exchanges

Refunds are not available unless a a belt is deemed faulty after reviewing the item.

Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

All belts are handmade and individually customised.

Production can take between 1-3 weeks before the order is shipped.

Items on sale are final and are not eligible for exchange, credit or refund unless the goods are faulty.

Items purchased during a promotion cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Credit notes are vaild for 3 year after being issued. Unused credit notes will expire automatically after 3 years from the date of issue.

In the case that you are not completely happy with your order. Audaz Studio will provide either a credit note or exchange for returns requested within 14 days (from the delivery date of your order).
